  • Once processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Expedited shipping may be available at checkout (when applicable).

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link. Please allow 1–3 days for the tracking information to update.

5. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. If a package is confirmed lost, we will issue a free replacement or refund.

6. Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices.

7. Wrong Address Disclaimer

Please ensure your address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us ASAP to fix it.
