How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we’ll email you a tracking number. You can use it to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
Can I cancel or change my order?
You can request a cancellation or change within 24 hours of placing your order by contacting us at support@speedytail.com. After that, it may already be processing or shipped.

Yes. The toy works well on most flat surfaces, including carpet, tile, and hardwood.
What if my cat doesn't like it?
We offer a Catisfaction Guarantee. If your cat isn’t interested, you have 30 days to return the product—even if it’s gently used.
