Return & Refund

At Speedy Tail, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at contact@speedytailshop.com. Do not send your item back without contacting us first.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or damaged items caused by the customer

  • Items marked as Final Sale

  • Gift cards or downloadable products

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If your refund is late or missing:

  • First, check your bank account again.

  • Then contact your credit card company or bank—it may take time before your refund is officially posted.

  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, contact us at contact@speedytailshop.com.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you want a different item, please request a return and place a new order.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us within 7 days of delivery at contact@speedytailshop.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We’ll send a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

6. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, the order may already be in processing or shipped.

7. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or we sent the wrong item.               

All returns must be approved before being sent. Please contact us at support@speedytail.com and we will provide you with the correct return address.
